Members can enjoy mouth-watering fine dining in the Mt. Elbert restaurant, casual dining in the Longs Peak Grill or Men's Grill, or cocktails, lighter meals and refreshments on the patio or around one of the club's many inviting indoor and outdoor hearths.
We offer a constantly-changing seasonal menu encompassing global comfort foods, local influences of modern cuisine, with health-conscious options and the opportunity to customize meals to accommodate any allergy or dietary restrictions. All of our meals are prepared fresh daily on-site by our executive chef and talented culinary team. We extend the same concepts in menu development to create delicious menu options available to be served during weddings, parties, and other private events catered at the club.
Members have innumerable opportunities for enjoying unique culinary experiences throughout the year, ranging from wine tastings, cooking classes and themed fine dining dinners to live music nights, family barbecues, holiday brunches, and the club's array of signature events in celebration of Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving, to name a few
Every Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., children ages 3-12 can have dinner and participate in various activities in our popular Kids' Club, giving parents an opportunity to enjoy all of the Club's amenities. Kid's must be fully potty-trained to attend. Please register on the Club website by 1pm to reserve your spot!
