Join us for Puppy Yoga, where you can stretch, relax, and cuddle with adorable rescue pups!

During the session, you'll also have the chance to learn about adoption and foster opportunities to give these loving dogs a forever home.

$15 from every fee will go directly to support iResQ, a local rescue organization dedicated to saving animals in need.

Come for the yoga, stay for the puppy snuggles, and help make a difference!

$25 Per Person | Adults and Kids 8+ are welcome

Includes 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of playing with the puppies!
